a family-owned and operated early learning centre providing long day care and kindergarten for children aged 0–6 years.
Proudly serving the East Gippsland community since 1995, we are committed to creating a place where every child and family feels welcomed, valued, and a true sense of belonging.
We believe childhood should never be rushed. By building genuine relationships, embracing play-based learning, and recognising every child as capable, curious, and unique, we create an environment where children feel safe to explore, grow, and develop confidence in who they are.
Working in partnership with families, we nurture a love of learning that unfolds naturally through connection, curiosity, and meaningful experiences.

Play is the curriculum
At Just 4 Kidz, we believe play is the curriculum.
Children learn best when they are free to wonder, create, explore, problem-solve, and build meaningful relationships with the people and world around them. Rather than rushing children from one planned activity to the next, we follow their interests, curiosity, and ideas, using these moments as the foundation for learning.
Our curriculum is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), and the National Quality Standard (NQS). But before curriculum comes connection. When children feel safe, known, and valued, learning happens naturally.
Above all, we believe childhood should not be rushed. Children deserve the time, space, and freedom to simply be children.
We keep childhood OFFLINE
We believe children deserve the right to grow up without a digital footprint.
In an ever-evolving online world, we have a responsibility to protect children's privacy and safety by keeping their images and experiences off public online platforms.
More importantly, we believe childhood is best experienced through real conversations, meaningful relationships, imaginative play, and hands-on discovery. Not through screens.
By keeping childhood offline, we create more opportunities for genuine connection, allowing children to simply enjoy being children.

Child Safety
The safety, wellbeing, and privacy of every child is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a safe, caring, and secure environment where every child feels protected and valued.
To support this commitment, we:

Employ qualified educators through thorough recruitment processes, including reference checks, Working with Children Checks, and all required clearances.

Ensure all educators hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Child Protection, and Mandatory Reporting training.

Maintain active supervision and CCTV throughout our service to promote a safe environment.

Keep childhood offline. We do not post identifiable photos or videos of children on social media or public online platforms.

Regularly review our policies, procedures, and practices to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards of child safety and care.
